If you connect a Google account to ZoomProp, we access Google user data only after you grant permission on Google's OAuth consent screen. You can decline or disconnect at any time. Connecting Google is optional; core ZoomProp account features work without it.
Limited Use. The use of information received from Google Workspace scopes will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See the Google API Services User Data Policy: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy
What we access (only the scopes you approve)
• Sign-in identity. Your Google name, email address, and profile identifier so we can recognize your account.
• Gmail (read). Message metadata and content so we can show your mailbox in ZoomProp Mail, file deal correspondence, and enrich CRM records from email you already have.
• Gmail (send). Permission to send email from your mailbox when you compose or confirm a send in ZoomProp. We do not use Gmail as a bulk marketing channel.
• Calendar events. Create, read, and update events (for example showings, closings, and follow-ups) on calendars you authorize.
• Contacts (read). Name, email, and phone from Google Contacts so you can import clients into ZoomProp CRM. We do not write back to Google Contacts.
• Drive (per-file). Only files you pick in Google Picker or that ZoomProp creates in your Drive (deal folders and generated documents). We do not request access to your entire Drive.
How we use that data
We use Google user data solely to provide and improve user-facing features that are visible in ZoomProp: Mail, Calendar, CRM, Docs/files, and related voice or assistant actions you initiate while signed in. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data to serve ads, for retargeting, or to determine credit-worthiness. We do not transfer Google user data to data brokers or advertising platforms. We do not use Google user data to create, train, or improve generalized machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models. Any assistant features that read or draft from your Google data run for your signed-in workspace only, as a personalized, user-facing feature.
How we store it
OAuth tokens are stored on our servers so Mail, Calendar, and related features can keep working after you close the browser. Tokens and cached Google data are encrypted in transit and at rest. We keep cached copies only as long as needed to operate those features or as required by law, then delete or overwrite them.
How we share it
We share Google user data only with subprocessors that help us run the Services (for example our authentication provider, Clerk, and our cloud infrastructure), and only to provide the features above. We may also disclose data if required by law, to investigate abuse or security incidents, or as part of a merger or sale of assets after obtaining any consent Google's policies require. ZoomProp staff do not read your Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, or Drive content except (a) with your explicit request for support, (b) when data is aggregated and de-identified for internal operations, (c) to investigate security, abuse, or bugs, or (d) to comply with law.
How you manage and delete it
• Disconnect Google in ZoomProp under Settings → Integrations (or Settings → Google Workspace). That revokes our access for that account and we delete stored Google tokens for it.
• You can also revoke ZoomProp in your Google Account permissions: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
• To request deletion of Google-derived data we still hold, email info@zoomprop.com. We will delete it unless we must retain a copy for legal, security, or accounting obligations.
If we add Google scopes or use Google user data for a new purpose, we will update this policy and ask you to reconnect or consent before that new use.
